Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver Branch for a Senior Superintendent to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees, while effectively managing the project subtrades and liaising with the client. Demonstrating Lean methodology and practices daily. Fostering an attitude of gratitude with all personnel. This position will promote Kinetic within the industry for the purposes of business development and recruitment.

The wage band for this position is $134,260 - 201,390 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Construction or related field
• 10+ years experience in ICI construction as “The Project Site Superintendent”.
• Gold Seal Certification is an asset.
• Projects portfolio of $100 million plus to completion.
• Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and business acumen
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Extensive history of working on a site until project completion and success
• Proven track record of employee retention and mentoring
• Proficient in collaborative leadership skills
• Focused on achieving objectives and receptive to learning and growth opportunities
