Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for a Certified Abatement Technician to Perform tasks involving physical labour at commercial, institutional, and industrial asbestos/lead/mould abatement and demolition projects, and to operate a variety of hand and power tools. Wage range for this position is $30.00-$34.00 a hour. Wages are paid out weekly.

Position Specifications

  • 3+ years’ abatement experience
  • Level 2 Asbestos Safety Training - Required
  • Safe operation of hand tools and power tools
  • Workplace safety
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) for 50ft
  • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Ability to determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do the job
